At Xink, we pride ourselves on being a part of the cutting edge. We stay well abreast of the latest developments within the industry in order to develop products like Xink Brand and Xink Campaign. But the writing is on the wall.
If Twitter, BuzzFeed, Facebook, and the YouTube comments section have taught us anything, it’s that the Internet audience is no longer interested in mature, well thought-out discourse. For this reason, Xink is abandoning email altogether and from this day forward, focusing all of its energy and attention on physical correspondence!

So, how will this new service work? Well, it’s really quite simple. For faxes and traditional letters sent by post (either printed from a computer or typed out manually with a typewriter or word processor), we will add a customized email signature, no matter how many documents you may require. The process works thusly – just like rerouting:
- Mail or fax your documents to Xink (please provide a description of the signature you would like)
- Xink will add the signature of your choice to the end of all provided documents
- Xink will mail or fax the amended documents back to you
- Turnaround time should not be more than 1 week, so it is even fast and secure.
- We only use SECURED TELEPHONE LINES
And that’s it! It really is that simple. Best of all, you can ensure that your correspondence is professional, mature, and permanent. No more deleted emails, no more “Reply All” email threads that violate company protocol, and no more errant emails with emoticons, Internet speak, and other unprofessional salutations and remarks. Xink is putting the “professional” back in professional correspondence!
